The screen still even has the protective film on it from original purchase. With that said, this is barely used and all we did reinstall it put back into the box. Hello, I have this thermostat classified as 'used,' and while that is correct, it VERY lightly used. The thermostat has a black screen in color, but the outside rim of it is stainless steel color.

As we learned, other solutions are better for that application.
